              **OPERATION FLICKERING LIGHT**

This program is designed to draw attention to homes where house numbers cannot be seen.  The blinking light will alert emergency personnel AFTER 911 has been called.  To install, remove light bulb from your outside light or lamp and replace with new socket.  Return the light bulb to the socket you just installed.  Flip the switch on and LEAVE IT ON.  The light will automatically come on at dusk and will turn off when it becomes daylight.  If you have an emergency CALL 911 and flip the switch once.  The bulb will begin to flicker on and off alerting emergency personnel of your location.  For more information call 440-6085 or e-mail adminassist@miamicountyso.com
