PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY
Miami County Common Pleas Court
General Division


The Miami County Common Pleas Court follows all Public Record Laws and all Ohio Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio. The Miami County Common Pleas Court will make its public records available within a reasonable time during the regular business hours of the county which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., with the exception of legal holidays.
Miami le page, and $.10 per double-sided copy. Details as to the availability of reproductions of public records in other media, and the cost of the same, and the cost of providing copies of public records via the mail will be provided upon request. Transcripts of court proceedings may be obtained from a Court Reporter at the rate determined by the court order.
