Submit 3 sets of Construction Plans for review
(Footer/Foundation, Cross-section, Floor Plan, Elevation, Truss Drawings)

Review: (Corrections to plans are made in red or noted in a handout attached)

Permit Fees collected – Permits Issued

Inspections – Noted in the handouts

Commercial Building Permits
· Health Department approval (if applicable)
· Zoning Permit
· Building Permit (Bldg. Electrical, HVAC, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm)

Submit 4 complete sets of construction plans (sealed by Architect or Engineer)
This includes a site plan with each set. The processing fee is $257.50.

Review:
1) Normal turn around time is less than 2 weeks.
2) Approval, Partial Approval, Adjudication Order on a
correction, or Approved Letter must be attached.
